Terms

It is important to note that cancellations, returns and exchanges are not accepted except in the following situations:

  • A technical problem or manufacturing defect affects the product received;
  • The order has not yet been processed and sent by Nadine Blanchette and the model, theme or color should be changed.
  • However, this does not apply to a change of product.

Products marked “Slightly defective” are final sales.

Delivery delay

Speedy order processing and deliveries are a key element of our service par excellence. We have a typical lead time of approximately 1-2 business days for order processing and approximately 1-2 business days for shipping. But, it may happen, on very rare occasions, that the delay is longer.

  • For in-stock products, we ship within 1-2 business days.*
  • Once in the hands of your chosen carrier, your order will typically take 1-2 business days to deliver.
  • Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipment tracking number. All you have to do is wait (patiently!) for your order. She’s on her way.
  • The vast majority of packages are shipped with Purolator. Some exceptional orders may be delivered by Canada Post, without a tracking number. In these rare cases, delivery is $3.00.

*It is important to note that if the order includes pre-sale products, the products will be shipped according to the deadlines indicated in the pre-sale.

Types of delivery

If you choose the delivery option you can say whether you choose with or without signature:
Delivery without signature: Which means your order will be left at the door. The package will not be insured in the event of theft or otherwise. If you are away for a long period of time during the day, I advise you to put as the delivery address that of a friend, the office where you work, or even someone in your family who will be available to receive the package.
Delivery with signature: Your order will then be insured by the carrier and he will be obliged to hand it over to you. In the event that you are absent during delivery, it will be possible for you to request a second attempt by contacting the carrier directly. Usually he leaves a note on your door to mention it.

It is important to make sure you write the correct delivery address. I cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that you indicated on the order.

Shipping cost

  • We offer free delivery on purchases over $125*.

*After discounts and before taxes.

  • With a few exceptions, delivery is at a fixed rate of $12 for all of Canada except for certain remote areas and for large packages.

Who do I contact if I have questions?
For any questions regarding an order, write to me by email at bonmatin@nadineblanchette.ca. I will respond within 48 hours – during weekday hours, as I take weekends off.

Order tracking

You will be able to track your order using the tracking number that you will receive by email for order processing confirmation.

Pre-order products

It is possible to combine a pre-ordered product with an in-stock product. In order not to have duplicate delivery costs, we will hold the product that is in stock to deliver it at the same time as sending the pre-order product.

If you do not want to wait to receive everything together you will have to pay the applicable delivery costs individually. I then ask you to write to me at Laboutique@nadineblanchette.ca or to indicate it in the comments of your order. I will then contact you so that the applicable delivery charge can be paid.

Picking

  • It is possible to pick up your order instead of paying for delivery
  • You must then choose the pick-up option at the
  • Vaudreuil-Dorion drop-off point.
  • Orders marked for pickup will be ready quickly (24 to 72 hours is required).
  • An email will be sent when the order is ready for pickup. This email will also contain the full address.
  • Packages will be available during the day only.

Digital/downloadable products

  • These are the products I call printables. These are digital products, meaning no physical product is shipped. This is a digital file that you receive after purchase.
  • You can then download it to your device
  • I recommend that you do not order printable products from a cell phone, because your file often cannot be downloaded there.
  • The history of the digital products you purchase is accessible in your customer account. It is therefore important to create an account if you wish to access it.

Environmental norms

Although I am the owner of a stationery store, I would like to point out that I am committed to protecting the environment. I always take care to choose quality paper that meets several environmental standards. I will also favor recycled paper when the option is possible. I also control my printing by avoiding having unnecessary quantities of inventory and I recycle all paper.

Miscellaneous

Most of the photos found on the site contain articles that serve as context or decoration. These items are not included with purchase. Make sure you read the product description carefully before purchasing. For example: in a photo of a large format notebook, pens, plants, flowers, paper clips etc. are not included with the notebook.
