For all questions regarding your order, write to me at I will answer within 48 hours, during week days, since I do not answer during the weekends.

Once you are finished filling your cart, and before going to payment there is a box dedicated to the codes. You may enter there the promo code or the number of the gift card. Only one code is possible per order.

The imperfect products are sold at a much lower cost than the original price, but they are still 100% useable, simply less perfect.

The defect can be of various natures, from scratch traces, printing defects, missing sheets and so on.

There is no exchange or return on these products. They are final sales.


We offer free delivery for all orders of $125 and above.*

*After rebates and before taxes.

Of course, this free delivery is not applicable on gift cards or digital/printable products. It applies only to physical products requiring shipping.

Delivery is almost always at a fix rate of $12 for all Canada except for some remote areas. Or for smaller parcels that are shipped using Canada Post with regular post.

You can view the shipping fee before completing your order. Shipping fees is automatically calculated according to the articles in your cart.

If you choose the delivery option, you will need to choose between, with or without the signature:

Delivery without signature: Meaning the order will be left at your door. The parcel will not be insured in the event of theft or other. If you are absent for long periods of time during the day, I recommend using the delivery address of a friend that is home, your work address or a member of your family available to receive your order.

Delivery with signature: Your order will be insured by transporters and he will have the obligation to hand deliver your order. In the event that you are absent during delivery it will be possible to ask for a second attempt by contacting the transporter directly. Generally, they leave a advice on your door on how to go about.

You will be able to follow your order using the tracking number you will receive by email to confirm the order has been processed.

It is possible to combine a pre-order product with a product in stock. In order not to duplicate the delivery fees, we will hold the stock product to have it delivered along with the pre-order product shipping.

If you do not wish to wait to receive everything together, you will need to individually pay the applicable delivery fees. I ask in that case that you write to me by email at or to add a note in your order comment section. I will contact you to see for the applicable delivery fee to be paid.

  • It is possible to pick up your order instead of having it delivered.

  • It is then needed to choose the collection point in Vaudreuil-Dorion.

  • Order with the pickup options will be quickly processed (a 24 to 72 hours delay is required)

  • An email will be sent when the order is ready for pickup. The complete address of the collection point will be included in the email.

  • Parcel will be ready that same day.


The Puce bounces are the possibility for you to gain points giving you the chance of a rebate on a future order.

These are the products I call Printables. They are digital products, meaning that no physical product is being shipped. It is a digital file that you receive after purchase.

You can then download it to your device.

I do not recommend ordering printable products from a cellphone because often the file cannot be downloaded to these.

The history of the digital products you buy can be accessed on your customer’s account. It is thus important to create an account if you wish to access these.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges are not accepted, aside from these events:

  • A technical problem or a manufacturing problem affecting the product; the order has not yet been processed and shipped and you wish to change the model or colour of the chosen product. It is not possible to change the product.
  • There is an error in your order, meaning you did not receive what you had ordered.
  • Products from the Imperfect section are final sales.

Images colours may vary from one screen to the other. The colour seen on your screen may thus vary from reality. Remember that the colours on your screen are always more vibrant than reality. I do always try to make sure product pictures are taken with natural light and adjust so that the colours are as close as possible to reality.

For the same products cover page colours may sometimes have a small variation from one to the other with printing.

The intensity of the velvet laminate finish on cover may change from one printing to another.

Though I am a stationary owner, I wish to underline that I strongly believe in the environment protection. I always aim to choose quality paper that meets several environmental standards. I will also favour recycle paper when the option is possible. I control the production to limit unneeded quantity of stocks and losses and recycle ever piece of paper.

Most of the picture found throughout the website contains articles that simply serve to put things in context or as decorations. These articles are not included in the purchase. Make sure to read the product description before buying. For example, on a picture you have a note book, the pen, plants, flowers, paperclips, and so on are not included with the notebook.
